Course Format
This is a Blended Certification course
***4-5 hours of eLearning pre-work required***
This certification consists of a mix of eLearning and a live virtual instructor-led (VILT) session. Completion of both components is required to achieve certification, and all required eLearning must be completed prior to the live VILT session in order to participate.
Note: The live session is scheduled for 3 hours to allow for flexibility in the Q&A and practice delivery, but depending on the number of participants and depth of conversation, the session may be slightly shorter.

- Optional opportunity to take the ESCI assessment after the course

Session will be recorded. Portions of the recording may be used in faculty training resources within Korn Ferry. Recordings will not be distributed to course attendees. Registration will be considered consent to be recorded.
