This course is designed to help K-12 district superintendents understand and build thriving learning ecosystems that foster student success and community engagement. Through interactive sessions, participants will explore key components of a robust learning ecosystem, including physical infrastructure, teacher development, student engagement, and digital tools. Attendees will have time to collaborate with peers to identify gaps in their current ecosystems and develop strategies for building collaborative partnerships with local organizations, families, and educators.
