IASA is pleased to offer this brand new administrator academy for district leaders. This course is designed to help K-12 district superintendents understand and build thriving learning ecosystems that foster student success and community engagement. Through interactive sessions, participants will explore key components of a robust learning ecosystem, including physical infrastructure, teacher development, student engagement, and digital tools. Attendees will have time to collaborate with peers to identify gaps in their current ecosystems and develop strategies for building collaborative partnerships with local organizations, families, and educators. This course will equip participants with the tools they need to create an actionable plan to enhance their district's learning environment, integrating innovative digital tools and community resources to drive meaningful changes within their schools to ensure sustainable growth and improvement for both students and educators.

The deadline to register is one week in advance of each session.

A minimum number of attendees (12-15) is required to host each date.  If the minimum number is not met, the session will be cancelled.
