The Peer-to-Peer program facilitates direct one-on-one scientific exchange between healthcare professionals. Participants may request to connect with a physician expert to discuss clinical practice, procedural approaches, and disease state management based on real-world experience. The role of BD is limited to coordinating the connection between the requesting healthcare professional and the selected physician. All discussions are independent, clinician-led exchanges.
Participants may choose the physician expert they wish to engage with and select the format that best fits their needs. Peer-to-Peer Consultation is a one-on-one discussion conducted by phone or text, intended for focused, practical exchange. Peer-to-Peer+ Case Review provides a more in-depth educational conversation that includes case review with the physician who performed the procedure.
*Scheduling is coordinated following submission of the request, based on physician availability.
BDPI faculty are available to address topics including:
- Patient selection, screening and imaging
- Procedural steps and techniques, including access techniques
