Management Fundamentals - January 2027

Welcome to our online Management Fundamentals program. 
This multi-week program is grounded in McLean & Company’s extensive research into what makes leaders successful in today’s changing world.

The program is comprised of:

• Live instructor-facilitated virtual sessions that allow you to interact with other participants
• Engaging e-learning modules with varied activities designed to help you learn and apply concepts, and
• Thought-provoking discussion questions so that you can learn from your peers 

 
Two Sections Included: Team Management and People Development

Program Timeline:

Friday, January 15, 2027 - Friday, March 19, 2027

• Facilitated Virtual Session: Introduction – Friday, January 15, 2027 @ 11:00 am ET
• Facilitated Virtual Session: Team Management Debrief – Friday, February 5, 2027 @ 11:00 am ET
• Facilitated Virtual Session: People Development Debrief – Friday, February 26, 2027 @ 11:00 am ET
• Facilitated Virtual Session: Learning Reinforcement Debrief – Friday, March 19, 2027 @ 11:00 am ET

All facilitated virtual sessions are 90 minutes in length. Please join from a place you can contribute to discussions and breakout activities freely and confidentially.

Expect to allocate time to complete eLearning modules and activities throughout the program (approx. 1 hour per week between January 15 and March 19) in addition to the live online session time commitment.
