THE INAUGURAL CAS ANNUAL SCIENTIFIC MEETING

The CAS Annual Scientific Meeting is the flagship academic event of the College of Anaesthesiologists, Singapore. It succeeds and expands the College’s annual refresher course: from a half day to a full day and a half, from a free course to a registered scientific meeting, and from a single-discipline audience to the breadth of perioperative, pain and critical care practice.

The 2027 meeting runs across three half-day sessions. Three plenaries, one of which is a medical ethics plenary accredited for MME credit, are supported by six symposia, with topics in anaesthesia, pain and intensive care medicine. The programme also carries the College’s Awards Ceremony and Annual General Meeting, and recognition of Fellows and trainees.
