An introduction to WorldatWork’s Total Rewards model. Learn how to use it to align your strategy to your organisation’s main drivers, resulting in a Total Rewards program that helps recruit, engage and retain top talent. 

Our workshops are delivered by Mercer expert facilitators in a traditional classroom setting.

• Internal and external influences on Total Rewards strategy. 

• How to design a successful Total Rewards strategy. 

• An introduction to communicating the value of a Total Rewards package.

If you are no longer able to attend a workshop an appropriate replacement participant is welcome one week before the date of the workshop. Please provide us with the replacement's name and email. Cancellation within 48 hours of the workshop(s) is non-refundable. Mercer Consulting Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel a workshop(s) due to insufficient registrations. In the event of a workshop(s) being cancelled by Mercer Consulting, a place on another course will be offered.
