Branch Manager Leadership Virtual School is offered as a two-part series.

Part I- October 20, 2026

  • Building Teamwork: Foster a collaborative and supportive workplace environment.

Part II - October 22, 2026

This session will cover:

  • One-on-One Coaching: Learn how to conduct impactful individual coaching sessions.
  • Navigating Difficult Conversations: Develop the confidence to address challenging performance or behavior issues.
  • Empowering and Motivating Your Team: Explore strategies to inspire and uplift your staff.
  • Resolving Branch Pain Points: Identify and address key challenges impacting your branch’s success.
  • Measuring Success: Identify key metrics to track your branch’s performance.
  • Equipping You with Resources: Leave with a toolkit of resources to support your branch management journey.

Who should attend?
New and experienced Branch Managers, Assistant Branch Managers, Teller Supervisors, Lead Frontline Professionals and any professional aspiring to lead the team in a retail branch.
