IMPORTANT INFORMATION
You will receive an email confirmation that your registration has been successfully received. Please save the confirmation for future reference; you will need it to access this event website.
Additionally, you will receive a Know Before You Go communication with final details of the program a few days prior to the event.
Hotel
We’ll cover hotel costs from Friday through Sunday. Feel free to depart Sunday at your convenience.
If you’d like to stay longer, a smaller group will continue through Monday with a lighter schedule.
Please do NOT reserve a room directly with the hotel. Arch Re Events will secure a guest room for you, based on the arrival and departure dates specified in your meeting registration. See the hotel tab for more details.
Travel
- Arrivals: Plan to arrive Friday, October 9 to attend the event starting at 1:00 PM.
- Departures: Consider flights in the morning of Sunday, October 11.
The hotel is located approximately 14 km / 20 minutes from the Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE) and 2.4 km / 9 minutes from the train station.
Attire
Attire for the meeting is business casual. However, neat jeans are also appropriate.
Keep in mind meeting rooms tend to be cool. For your comfort, you may want to bring a jacket or sweater to the meeting.
