Designed for law enforcement officers with a wide variety of trial testimony experience, this course includes discussion and instruction on all aspects of investigation, trial preparation, and courtroom testimony in impaired driving cases. Presented by the New York State Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor Program.

Please note that Cops in Court participants are expected to attend all training sessions from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM on Monday, October 19, 2026 at the Conference Center in Lake Placid. Light refreshments and coffee will be available in the morning, and lunch will be provided for all Cops in Court participants.
