The William E. "Pinky" Newell Address

This year the William E. "Pinky" Newell Address will be given by NATA President-Elect, AJ Duffy III, MS, ATC, PT.

AJ has forty years of experience, at a variety of levels, as an AT clinician, as well as a clinical educator. He is also the longest tenured collegiate head athletic trainer in Pennsylvania.

AJ has been very involved in the athletic training profession at all levels. He has been a member of the NATA board of directors, the EATA executive board multiple times, including one term as its president. He also led the Pennsylvania Athletic Trainers' Society for one term and was secretary for another, just to name a few.  AJ has also been a member of and led several committees at all levels of athletic training. AJ has been a requested speaker at NATA, EATA, PATS and other associations.

BOC CEU GUIDELINES: Athletic trainers will be required to obtain a minimum of 10 Category A CEUs during the upcoming reporting period. There is no maximum limit on allowable Category A CEUs when fulfilling the 50 CEUs required per reporting period.
