SCANNING YOUR BADGE AT THE CYBER SECURITY SUMMIT

Attending the Cyber Security Summit (CSS) sponsor booths or events will require scanning your show badge. For reasons including security you may choose to opt-out thus withholding your contact data. Consenting to scan however will potentially welcome third party communications. In the event you choose to opt-out or exercise any specific privacy rights regarding third-party communications, please exercise those rights directly with subject third parties.

With respect to CSS Sessions, scanning your badge is necessary for management of attendance capacity. Subsequently scanning will enter your contact data in session attendance logs. CSS representatives and agents may then share your contact data with exhibitors or sponsors. You may then receive third party communications with applicable privacy practices. If you choose to opt-out or exercise any applicable privacy rights you must exercise those rights directly with applicable third parties.

AUDIO, PHOTO AND VIDEO RECORDING

The Cyber Security Summit is held in public spaces, therefore attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations, or other companies are not prohibited from photographing Cyber Security Summit activities. As a result, attendees may be photographed or videotaped at the event. By default you agree and accept that such images i.e.: photo or video, may be used for future CSS related marketing materials without compensation for use of your image.
Unauthorized Video and audio recording of Sumit content is strictly prohibited without express written approval from the CSS.

Recording Disclaimer for On Demand Pass attendees: By participating digitally, you agree and consent to allow CSS, its affiliates, agents, and licensees to record your avatar, likeness, voice, and/or username and to own, license, assign, and use any portion of the same in the future production, exhibition, and promotion of future CSS events without compensation, in any media, and on any platform now known or hereafter devised in perpetuity. You waive the right to bring action of any kind in law or equity against CSS and associated agents.
