Australia's impact investing market has proved the model — deals get done, capital gets deployed, outcomes get measured. The challenge now is scale. Impact-led organisations that have outgrown venture philanthropy often need capital that is too small for mainstream private credit, too structured for grant funding, and too complex for a single balance sheet. Blended capital stacks offer a way to bridge that gap — but the design is anything but simple.

Over 60 minutes, panellists will unpack the real mechanics of blended deal structures — risk allocation, pricing, intercreditor arrangements, and the coordination backbone that makes a stack investable at scale.
