Hotel accommodations for the night of October 13, 2026 will be provided to all Healthcare Professionals to support timely arrival for participation in the Advisory Board Meeting on October 14, 2026
Guest room rate and tax charges will be paid for by Sandoz. All incidental costs will be the responsibility of the attendee upon check out of the hotel.

Air Travel
All air travel arrangements must be made through Egg Events via the registration process. If you require flights, airline reservations will be made through EGG Events, Sandoz's approved HCP travel partner. All airline tickets will be booked based on the travel parameters provided by OEC. Upon completion of your registration, Sherry Bublitz with EGG Events will contact you to book your air.

The Grand Hyatt DFW is located inside Dallas Fort Worth Airport - Terminal D. It offers direct access to all terminals within the airport.
