Conference Hotel
The 2026 LEAD® Conference will be offering a specially priced room block at the Marriott Philadelphia Downtown, 1201 Market Street, (guest entrance at 1200 Filbert Street) Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, 19107.
The LEAD Conference room rate is $239 per night.

Reservations at this rate are limited – we encourage you to book as soon as possible. Some amenities may only be complimentary if booked under our conference block.
Cancellation Policy
You must cancel your room at least 72 hours before your stay in order to avoid a one-night charge.
Upon Arrival
The hotel will authorize room and tax charges and an additional $75 per night, for any incidentals placed on your guest room.
These authorizations post on your CC account as a pending transaction.
Unused funds are released after departure and are typically available within three to five business days.
It is strongly discouraged to use a debit card, as the authorization will place a withdrawal on the account at the time of check in.
