"The Pastors" - Optional Golf Outing

Please join us for "The Pastors" - our annual golf tournament held directly after Pastor Summit concludes on Thursday, July 8th. We will play 18 holes starting at 2:00pm, wrapping up in the evening. If you would like to fly out on Friday morning instead of late Thursday evening you will be able to add an additional night to your hotel stay.

Bring your clubs! However, rentals may be available.

Travel

We will send a follow-up form to collect your travel information. Transportation will be provided between Denver International Airport (DEN) and the hotel.

If flying: Please plan to arrive at Denver International Airport (DEN) by 2:00 p.m. MT on July 6 and depart after 2:00 p.m. MT on July 8. Airport transportation will be scheduled based on the flight information you provide. Please watch for an email from info@focus.org approximately one week before the event with your airport pickup and drop-off details.

If driving: Hotel check-in will begin at 2:00 p.m. MT on July 6, with Opening Mass beginning at 4:00 p.m. MT. Our time together will conclude on July 8 with lunch at 12:00 p.m. MT.

Letters of Suitability

Because the hotel is in the Archdiocese of Denver, please send your Letter of Suitability addressed to the Vicar for Clergy, Very Reverend Matthew Book c/o Brett Lotspeich.
