Thank you for your interest in being a part of YADAPP's Youth Staff!
YADAPP is a unique prevention and leadership conference in that it is planned and led completely by youth. Therefore, we take Youth Staff selection very seriously. Please take this application seriously and remember that this is a job application.
All applications must be submitted by 5pm on October 1, 2026
Once you begin this application, you will not be able to advance to the next section until the previous one is complete. In order to help you prepare, there are 6 sections to this application:
1) Applicant Information: To give us basic information about you.
2) Contact Information: To let us know how we can reach you.
3) Junior Staff Requirements: To ensure that you meet the requirements of being a Junior Staff.
4) Letter of Recommendation: 2 letters of recommendation.
5) Essay Questions: 4 questions about yourself and your leadership experience with a 300 word limit each.
6) Junior Staff and Parent/Guardian Acknowledgement: To ensure that you and your parent/guardian (if under 18) understand the position and all that it entails.
