ASPIRE 2026—The HFES International Annual Meeting
Registration Form

We look forward to welcoming you to ASPIRE 2026 taking place in Reno from October 19 - 23.

Before you begin, please note the following: 

  • Non-U.S. members of societies that are federated members of the International Ergonomics Association may register as members and receive the member-only discounted rates. Select HFES Member below and enter your society name in the HFES member ID field.
  • Single Day Only registrations (i.e., Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday) are available and grant access to sessions and social/networking events for the selected day only. You may register for only one single day pass. If you wish to attend two or more days, you must register for the full meeting.
  • This registration form typically takes 15 minutes or less to complete. However, for security and privacy reasons, your session time is limited and will time out after 20 minutes of non-activity. Should your session "time out," all information entered may be lost. 
  • All personal and financial information is submitted via a secure (SSL) link directly to the HFES Registration Office and the registration site is Level 1 compliant to the PCI Data Security Standards (DSS). 
  • In addition to paying via American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard or Visa, payment can also be made with check, EFT/ACH or wire. If you select a payment option other than credit card, your confirmation will be considered your invoice and will include all payment instructions/details.       
    - Check, EFT/ACH and wire payments must be received within 15 days of your registration.     
    - After October 2, 2026, payment options will be limited to credit card only.     
    - Separate invoices will not be provided.     
    - Purchase orders are not accepted.
  • A registration confirmation/receipt/invoice will be sent via email when you complete your registration. Please set your spam filter or firewall to accept messages from registration@meetingplanners.com. We highly recommend that you enter an alternate email address in the cc email address field (e.g., a personal email) to ensure you receive your confirmation.
