Southern Flame Bahá’í Summer School 2026

Welcome to the 2026 Southern Flame Bahá'í Summer School registration site. We are all looking forward to this year’s school. Please read everything on this page to ensure your registration process goes smoothly.

NOTE: You must be 18 years of age or older to be the primary registrant

• Housing Update: Housing is ONLY available to Full-Time Registrants. Part-Time/Weekend registrants will have to find accommodations off-site and can use the hotel options provided in the Fees page.
• Please fill out all fields on the registration page
• Select the appropriate fee for meals with housing, meals without housing etc.
• Remember to add roommate preferences or special needs (1st Floor Room, etc.) if you are registering for housing
• NOTE: we try to accommodate housing preferences, but we give no guarantee and we cannot make last minute changes
• When registering yourself and a group (families or couples, for example), look for the Add Guest button below your initial registration.
• Clicking ADD will enable successive registrations.
• IMPORTANT - fill out all portions of the ADD registration segment FOR EACH PERSON.
• Your fees will be totaled at the bottom of the registration form allowing a single payment for a group registration.
• Groups registering for housing will be housed together unless noted otherwise. 
• Registration closes at 9pm every night. If you plan on arriving after 9pm please make prior arrangements
• Please see the forms tab as all registrants must submit the applicable forms. The Waiver of Liability form is required for all attendees.
• Those who arrive at Summer School WITHOUT having previously registered will have to stay and eat off campus.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

• Your registration will be canceled if payment is not received on time, to make room for other registrants.
• A follow up email will be sent upon cancellation.
• Cancellations made before June 1st  will be refunded 95% minus any credit card fees.
• Cancellations between June 1 and June 21 will only be refunded up to 50%
• There will be NO refunds after June 21
