Steps to secure your visa before joining us on tour:

  1. Check the visa requirements for international travel at least eight weeks before your trip.
  2. Visit the website of your local embassy or government travel resource to find the best visa option for you.
  3. GMAC Tours can provide invitation and/or event confirmation letters. To receive your letter, please complete the form below with your visa and travel information.
  4. GMAC Tours cannot provide an event registration refund if a visa is not attained in time for the event.

GMAC Tours provides comprehensive documentation support for business and travel visas for the United States, Greater China, India, and Nigeria. This includes:

  • Official invitation letters
  • Itinerary and accommodation confirmations
  • Proof of business purpose or event participation (where applicable)
  • Visa application form guidance

For all other countries, we can assist by issuing formal invitation letters to support tourist visa applications and offer general guidance on the visa process.

  • Ask the hotel for the best airport pick-up and transfer options if you are unfamiliar with the airport.
  • Plan to pack common medicines and essentials to avoid searching locally.
  • Join the event WhatsApp group for instant connection with your Tour Leaders and other travelers. WhatsApp links will be shared via email leading up to the travel days.
