– Virtual access to all program sessions. Sessions will be streamed in real time and will not be available for later viewing.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Cancellations may be made online. Changes to attendance type can be made by email to conferences-www@mit.edu.
Refunds for conference cancellations received in writing by July 31, 2026 at 11:59PM EDT will be granted less a 40% cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted after that date. No refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being used. All refunds will be made in US dollars and issued to the credit card that was used to make the payment.
Individuals are solely responsible for making and cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations. Please remember that cancelling or changing your conference registration will not automatically cancel or change any hotel and travel arrangements you may have made. MIT takes no responsibility for any damages, costs, or losses, should you cancel or change your conference registration, or should the Conference on Additive Manufacturing and Advanced Materials in Fusion (AM2F) be cancelled, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
