2026 NATO Infrastructure Conference
The 2026 NATO Infrastructure Conference will take place in London, UK, from October 19–22, 2026. This event brings together Territorial Host Nations to network and exchange insights on developing processes, programs, and projects within the Common Funded Capability Delivery Governance Model (CFCDGM), with a particular emphasis on NSIP Infrastructure initiatives.
The ACT CAPDEV CAP Materiel Solutions, Infrastructure & Facilities (MSIF) Branch views ongoing stakeholder engagement as vital for successfully delivering critical Alliance capabilities. Additionally, the conference offers a valuable opportunity for newer stakeholders to connect with peers across member nations and NATO Command Structure (NCS) entities.
The annual conference focuses on three core objectives:
1. Aligning Performance with Plans: Establishing standards for national project delivery.
2. Strengthening the Infrastructure Community of Interest (COI): Enhancing capability delivery by capturing current stakeholder priorities.
3. Implementation, Tools, and the Way Forward: Equipping THN Infrastructure NSIP teams with advanced training and delivery tools.
The theme of the 2026 event is
