We will provide round-trip transportation on Eva Air/Thai Smiles Airways from Los Angeles to Khon Kaen departing on August 19, 2026.
(Please note that we do not have domestic add-on fares from other cities to connect with the group in Los Angeles. Eva Airways has flights operating from Chicago, Houston, San Francisco and Los Angeles that we can book for you and connect you with the group at Taipei airport. You can pick any of the cities listed that is close to your location and we will email you an itinerary/airfare from that city for review and approval.)

FLIGHT REGISTRATION AND DEADLINES
May 29, 2026:
Please complete and submit the flight reservation form if you wish to join the group flight. Please register online with credit card payment. Your credit card will not be charged until you receive and accept an itinerary and fare quote.
TICKET VALIDITY AND RETURN FLIGHT INFORMATION
- Your return ticket is valid until August 18, 2027 (1 year) from Khon Kaen back to the city of your departure.
- We are offering group return flights departing Khon Kaen on December 30, 2026, and May 30, 2027. You may fly back with the group, or you may opt to fly back independently on a different date from Khon Kaen. Please specify your choice on the reservation form.
- Once abroad you are allowed to change your already confirmed return flight date for $150 plus any difference in fare by contacting our Frosch Student Travel office while abroad. Please note that all date changes are subject to availability of the flights and require advance notice. The ticket you purchase has limited availability on the flights. Please note that June, July, August, November and December are the busiest months for travel.
- Any unused portion of your ticket is non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We are offering a flexible cancellation policy in case you are not able to travel. You have the option to keep the credit of the ticket for future travel.
If you prefer to receive a refund for the ticket instead of keeping the travel credit, you may cancel at any time prior to departure for only $350. You will receive a full refund minus a $350 cancellation fee.

Your round-trip electronic ticket will be sent to your email address specified on the reservation form.

SEATING
PLEASE BE ADVISED: We will provide free pre-assigned seating on available flights. Not all airlines allow free pre-assigned seating and will charge a seat fee per flight. You may also choose a free seat using online check-in 24 hours prior to departure or at the check-in counter at the airport to avoid any seating fees.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
You are allowed to check-in 1 free bag weighing not more than 50 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must be 62 inches (length, width and depth). You may also carry on one bag weighing not more than 10 pounds and the total dimension of the bag must not exceed more than 45 inches (length, width and depth).
All airlines are very strict about the baggage allowance. Please do not try to check-in oversized or overweight luggage because it might result in an excess baggage penalty at the airport.

Please note that you must be able to handle your luggage on your own. Traveling with light luggage will make your journey much easier.
