By attending the 2026 Aglow US National Conference, you acknowledge and agree that Aglow International may take photographs, video, and/or audio recordings of the event and its participants (“Recordings). You hereby grant Aglow International (and its hired production company- Rollins Inc.) the irrevocable, perpetual, and unrestricted right to use, publish, edit, and distribute these Recordings -including your likeness, image, and voice – for any lawful purpose including but not limited to marketing, royalties, or further approval from you. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product.  

To protect the intellectual property of our speakers and the privacy of attendees, participants are strictly prohibited from making audio, video, or photographic recordings of any part of this conference, including afternoon ‘activation sessions’, and virtual recordings. This includes but is not limited to, the use of cellular phones, tablets, laptops, video/audio recording equipment to capture content. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the event without refund and prohibition from future events.

Conference registration refund requests received by August 3, 2026 will receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. After August 3, 2026, no refunds will be provided. Conference banquet fees are non-refundable but may be transferred if transfer request is submitted prior to August 3, 2026. Paid conference registration may also be transferred to another person, with no fee, until August 3, 2026.
