This comprehensive program combines 4 months of one-on-one professional business coaching, a 360-degree leadership assessment, behavioral and emotional intelligence assessments, 4 days of experimental learning, a workplace challenge project and presentation and, much more to prepare leaders to meet their organization’s needs of today, while still focusing on developing solutions to the challenges of tomorrow. Participants will earn 35 CEU hours.
In addition to the $100 cancellation fee, if any program assessments, tests, or reports are completed before the cancellation date, the participant will be charged fees for these tools.
