The Admissions Institute for Advanced Professionals (AIAP) is a dynamic program tailored for mid-career professionals in marketing, recruitment, and admissions roles within graduate management education (GME). If you've already established a strong foundation and are looking to elevate your leadership capacity, expand your influence, and navigate the complexities of modern academic institutions, this program is your next step.

Through a blend of advanced leadership training, strategic decision-making, and insights into the evolving landscape of graduate education, AIAP prepares you to lead with purpose and vision. To further enhance your learning experience, participants may choose to complete the optional AIAP Capstone Project, an elective opportunity to apply the skills and knowledge gained throughout the program to a real-world challenge. This project enables you to demonstrate your ability to develop innovative solutions, build strategic initiatives, and drive meaningful change within your institution. For those who elect to participate, the capstone provides a tangible achievement that can strengthen your professional portfolio while contributing directly to your institution’s success.

Who Should Attend

AIAP is ideal for individuals who:

• Have 4+ years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or marketing at a business school or university.
• Are stepping into or currently hold leadership roles (e.g., associate or assistant directors, team leads, managers) with budget and/or team management responsibilities.
• Want to deepen their understanding of how business schools fit within the broader university and higher education ecosystem.
• Aspire to move from operational execution to strategic leadership in their department or institution.
