 Where and what are the Hotel accommodations?

Hotel information will be included in your confirmation email. 

Hotel pricing is around $290/night.

 When is the latest you can receive a refund?

Refunds minus 25% of the total purchase cost will be given until August 24, 2026 at 4 p.m. CT.

 Substitutions

Registrants unable to attend may send an alternate. If the alternate is not a member of ASHRM and the original registrant is a member, the nonmember differential must be paid. The deadline for substitutions is August 24, 2026, at 4 p.m. CT.

 Is there a mobile app?

Yes, the conference mobile app will be available September 14, 2026.

Payment

Check payments are accepted.

Any outstanding payments will be due 4 weeks before the registered session begins. If payment is not received, attendee registration will be cancelled, and re-registering will be done at the non-early bird rate.

 What is the dress code? 

ASHRM suggests business casual for education events. Use your best judgment to represent yourself and your organization. Be prepared for varying room temperatures.

 Are there any age restrictions? 

Attendees must be 18 years of age on the first day of the Event to attend this event and all related events.

 Are session recordings available for purchase? 

A virtual conference will be offered after the event with selected pre-recorded sessions. All virtual sessions will be listed in the Annual Conference app.

 What time does the event officially start and end?

The in-person conference will start on October 4. Registration opening at 8:00am. The president's welcome will kick-off the conference at 1:00pm. 

The in-person conference ends October 6 at 3:30pm.

The virtual conference will be live from  November 4-6 The virtual conference will then be available on-demand November 7 - December 4.

 What accessibility accommodations exists for this event:

• Mobility aids can be rented from the conference hall. 
• Hearing devices can be acquired for all events.
• Any ADA or dietary needs should be listed during registration to ensure we can accommodate the needs of all attendees.
