ASHRM is offering special meeting discounts for all attendees of the ASHRM 2026 Annual Meeting in Phoenix, AZ over the dates of October 4 - 7, 2026. Fares are available 3 days pre/post the meeting dates. Simply call (or have your travel agent call) or go online to one of our preferred airlines directly to receive these special fares.

A block of hotel rooms are available starting at discounted rates for ASHRM26. Hotel rates start at $285/night. To reserve a room, you must be a registered attendee of the conference. This rate is only offered to ASHRM attendees through a link included in the registration confirmation email.

Housing deadline will be August 24, 2026.
