Waitlist Registration Notice
If you are placed on the waitlist and registration room becomes available, you will be notified by email. You will have 12 hours from the time the notice is sent to complete your registration and secure your room. If you do not register within the 12-hour window, your spot will be released and offered to the next person on the waitlist.
