Hotel Rate and Policies
The group rate is available until 11:59 pm CT, Monday, April 6, 2026, or when the group rate rooms sell out, whichever occurs first. After 11:59 pm CT, Monday, April 6, 2026, reservations at the group rate will be accepted only on a space-available basis. The room block may fill before 11:59 pm CT, Monday, April 6, 2026, so we encourage you to make your reservations early.
A credit card is required to confirm your reservation. For all no-shows and reservations canceled within 48 hours prior to arrival, the credit card will be charged one night's room rate plus tax.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm, and check-out time is 12:00 pm.
Please be aware of solicitations from outside companies to make your hotel reservations. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable.
