We are excited to be in Boise, Idaho, for the 2026 Joint ITS Rocky Mountain and ITE Idaho Section Meeting! This event offers transportation professionals a premier platform to connect, collaborate, and forge impactful partnerships, all while exploring the latest advancements in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS).

Come join us for a spectacular morning of Golf at Quail Hollow on Tuesday, Sept 15, 2026, the day after the ITSRM conference. Quail Hollow is one of the area’s most scenic and fun courses. Space is limited, so be sure to sign up and pay early. Prizes will be awarded for Long Drive, Closest to Pin, Closest to target zone in fairway, and longest put made over 15ft. Team scores will be posted for bragging rights only (best ball format). Paid registration includes green fee and cart. A $15 voucher will be provided at check-in to put towards lunch/drink after golf. You are free to form your own foursome, put a partial team together, or if you don’t have enough to complete a foursome, we will group people together. If you are creating your own team, establish a team captain. The team captain will be responsible for making sure their team is fully paid and arrives on time. The team captain must also send an email on or before Sept 4, 2026, to tony.wheeler@swarco.com and ricksm@cityofnampa.us with the first and last names that make up your team.

Required check-in will be at 7:30am with Tony Wheeler and Matt Ricks at the course. First tee time will start at 8am and every 10 minutes thereafter until all teams are on the course (not a shotgun start). Once completed with hole #18, feel free to stick around and watch those approaching the 18th green or haggle your friends if you dare. Or feel free to use your $15 voucher towards food and drink in the clubhouse and wait for the teams to finish up. Once the last team is finished, final team scores will be posted, and prizes will be announced.

Driving range, chipping and putting areas are available (you will need to pay for your driving range tokens separately at the clubhouse). If you need rental clubs, contact the course directly to arrange. The course can be reached at 208-972-8590.

Refunds will be allowed up to Aug 31, 2026; after this date, no refunds. You have the option to pass your paid golf registration to another individual as long as you send an email to tony.wheeler@swarco.com and ricksm@cityofnampa.us by Sept 4, 2026, providing the name of the individual that will take your place.
