ABRF has received reports of unauthorized third parties contacting annual conference participants and exhibitors with fraudulent offers to book rooms through unauthorized hotels. Please be advised that neither ABRF nor the conference venue will contact you directly to arrange accommodation. Anyone claiming to do so is not authorized to represent our organization. Only use ABRF's official hotel booking link on this page for accommodations.
Official Conference Hotel
The ABRF 2027 Annual Meeting will be held at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel in downtown Dallas, Texas.
ABRF has secured a discounted room block for meeting attendees at a rate of $229 per night, plus taxes and fees.
The discounted rate is available through March 11, 2027, or until the room block sells out, whichever comes first.
We encourage attendees to book early to secure the conference rate. Please use the official ABRF reservation link below to make your hotel reservation.
