Dear Athletic Training Supporter:
In January, the EATA will be celebrating its 78th meeting. We will be meeting January 8-11, 2027, at the Tropicana Atlantic City - A Caesars Rewards Destination located in Atlantic City, NJ. As you know, the EATA is the oldest athletic training association in the world, and we are proud of it! If you didn’t know, EATA also boasts the highest percentage of attendees who are decision-makers when it comes to purchasing! This ensures that your sponsorship dollars go further and are front and center with those who will be purchasing your products or services.
We also have a number of high-profile events that are available such as our Awards Ceremony, Pinky Newell Address and Breakfast, ID badge lanyards and general sessions sponsors. If you are interested in attracting students, we offer a highly attended and popular Student Program and Quiz Bowl. Our convention APP is also available for sponsorship either as a splash page, an advertisement or as a featured exhibitor.

Sponsorship opportunities close on December 15th, except for the name badge/lanyard sponsorship which has a November 1st deadline. The splash page for the conference app closes on December 10th.

William E. “Pinky” Newell Address Sponsor (Sunday Breakfast) - $2,000 (Registered Exhibitors Pay $1,800)
The William E. “Pinky” Newell address and breakfast is one of the weekend’s premier events. The EATA board selects the speaker, who offers inspiring thoughts and advice to the audience. Known as the father of athletic training, Pinky spent much of his career paving the way for future athletic trainers. He left his mark on every aspect of the profession, from athletic training’s educational standards to the NATA Hall of Fame. He had a vision for what athletic training and the NATA should be and how the profession and the association should progress. Pinky Newell’s blueprint for the profession remains virtually intact today.

One of the most popular events at EATA where athletic training students from District 1 and District 2 square off to demonstrate their knowledge in this Jeopardy-style competitive event. The sponsor also has the option to have pictures taken with the winner.

The Leadership Suite contains Services for EATA Board Members, VIPs, and State Leaders.

ELECTRONIC SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
On Demand Presentation Video Commercial - $500
A sponsor-provided 30-second commercial in MP4 format would be run whenever EATA members open an on-demand presentation. This increases the number of attendees who can view the commercial.
Convention App Advertisement - $500
The EATA APP contains all information about the conference, including educational materials, attendee notes, and other useful resources. Attendees use it during and after the conference to review the materials presented and the notes they took during the event. This LASTING advertisement offers you the opportunity to highlight your business before, during, and long after the conference.
Convention App Notification Advertisement - $200 per notification
● This exclusive opportunity offers a daily one-time, 140-character text notification advertisement to be delivered to all attendees via the convention app.
QR Code App Game - $500
● Attendees search for QR code posters to scan through the convention App throughout the convention area. Once all the QR codes are found, the person is then entered into a raffle to win a prize provided by the sponsor worth a minimum of $50. Your company logo AND a tagline will be on all QR code posters. This includes your booth, if you are exhibiting. The game will run from Friday through Sunday evening with the winner being announced Monday morning.
Wakeup and Wrap-up Emails - $100 per day (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday)
● Emails sent directly to all attendees and exhibitors from the EATA President with your logo and your message!
Convention App Banner ad - $250.
● The EATA APP is used during and after the convention for all attendees. This banner ad will get noticed!
Convention App Featured Sponsor/Exhibitor – $100
● Only four (4) of these sponsorships are available.
● Your company will be displayed within the convention app home page as a featured exhibitor.
