This TWO-DAY course is designed for clinicians whose scope of practice includes endoscopic vein harvesting.
Attendees will be provided a superior learning experience in endoscopic vein harvesting with our Venapax System, a simple elegant device that enables a minimal touch approach, focused on optimizing graft quality.
FEES & LOGISTICS
Registration for the TWO-DAY course is complimentary. All participants will enjoy dinner on Thursday and breakfast, lunch and break refreshments on Friday. In compliance with Zimmer Biomet policies and AdvaMed guidelines, air travel, shuttle transportation and one night of lodging will be provided at no cost to course participants.
Once your registration is approved, Zimmer Biomet will make a hotel reservation in your name.
Zimmer Biomet will not reimburse hotel expenses if you stay outside the Zimmer Biomet contracted hotel. Per Zimmer Biomet policy, hotel reservation extensions or special accommodations are to be made by the attendee directly with the hotel. A credit card must be provided upon checking into the hotel for incidentals.
Scrubs will be available at the lab.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
The closest international airport to the hotel location is the Jacksonville International Airport
- Rideshare: Approximately $40 one-way
- Taxi Service: Approximately $45 one-way
Transportation will be provided for course activities during the duration of the course.
Friday Morning: Transportation from the hotel to Zimmer Biomet Institute will be provided on Friday morning.
Ground transportation to and from the airport is self-pay for all participants.
**Please note, for those returning to the hotel following the course, any further transportation will be self-pay.
ENROLLMENT CONSENT
By enrolling in the conference or agreeing to present, you understand and agree that you may be photographed or videotaped and also understand that the conference sessions are recorded. The recordings may be available to others for purchase and for the sponsors or its designees to use for training or quality assurance purposes. In addition, your photographs may be used by the conference sponsors or their designees for solicitation of attendees at future conferences or related marketing purposes, including posting on their website or distribution via print brochures. If you do not agree to this use of your information or wish to withdraw your consent at a later time, please contact the Meeting Planner. Your withdrawal of consent will apply to future uses of your information but will not affect uses that have already occurred.
