Welcome - UK All Company Meeting 2027

We are delighted to invite you to the UK All Company Meeting 2027, taking place from Monday 8 to Friday 12 February 2027 at The Belfry Hotel & Resort in Birmingham.

This year's meeting will feature a fresh and exciting format, designed to bring us together in new ways as we reflect on our achievements, celebrate our successes, and align on our ambitions for the future. Inspired by Lasting Health Starts Now, we'll explore how each of us can play our part in shaping the future of Novo UK and delivering lasting impact for patients, customers and colleagues.

We look forward to reconnecting with colleagues from across the company and sharing what promises to be a memorable and engaging few days.

Please register your attendance for the full meeting duration (Monday evening to Friday morning) to ensure the dates are reserved in your diary. Following internal alignment on attendee requirements, you will be advised whether your arrival is required from Monday evening or Wednesday afternoon.

Coach departs from Novo UK HQ*
Evening arrivals, please arrive at your leisure. Check-in opens from 16:00 and the Novo registration desk will be available from 15:00

Day 1 Kick Off: Full day breakout meetings
- Invitations to breakout meetings will be confirmed by each meeting lead and sent to your Outlook calendar
Evening: Dine arounds at The Belfry

Wednesday 10 February

Morning: Day 2 breakout meetings
Coach departs from Novo UK HQ for those not attending breakout meetings*
Mid-day ACM Plenary-only arrivals
Afternoon: NovoHealth activities
Evening: Long service awards / buffet dinner

Thursday 11 February

All day: All company plenary
Evening: Gala dinner and awards

Friday 12 February

Morning: departures

A coach transfer will be arranged from Novo UK HQ in Gatwick on Monday 8 February* for those attending the full meeting, and on Wednesday 10 February for those only joining the full company plenary sessions.

Dress code

Dress code for this meeting is smart casual. However, please do plan to bring activewear for NovoHealth activities, and formal attire for the gala awards evening (Black tie is optional).
