Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Cancel by May 14, 2025 (3 months prior to the event): Full refund.
Cancel from May 15, 2025 – July 14, 2025: A 25% cancellation fee will apply.
Cancel after July 14, 2025 (within 1 month of the event): No refunds will be issued.
