The Associated Builders and Contractors Project Management Institute is a premier education and professional development opportunity for future project management leadership in the construction industry. Developed by experienced ABC members and Kirk Alter, this course is designed specifically to meet the needs of today’s contractors. Participants will get an inclusive look at successfully handling all aspects of project management.

Owners, project managers, estimators and any employee involved in managing projects. Attendees must be a member of ABC.

This 80-hour interactive course uses real examples and case studies. The goal of the session is for students to improve their firm’s profitability and productivity, as well as increase quality and customer satisfaction.
Cost of $4,750 per attendee includes meals, course materials, a welcome dinner and closing banquet.
Expectations
Attendees of this course must understand that they are committing to completing the full 80 hour course.
Registrants are required to be completely disconnected from work duties and should be prepared for all homework/assignments related to the course. Make sure you or your attendee(s) are completely prepared for this commitment.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to the start of the first session will be offered a refund or a transfer credit towards a future ABC Project Management Institute in 2026. All refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the start of the first session (including no-shows) cannot be refunded or transferred, no exceptions.
Registrants who have attended the first session but are unable to attend the second session will forfeit their space and registration fee. ABC reserves the right to cancel programs with low enrollment up to 30 days prior to the course start date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to meetings@abc.org.
