RRS Code of Conduct: As a 2026 RRS Workshop participant, you are agreeing to adhere to the Meeting Attendee Code of Conduct. This will be acknowledged by you during registration. Any violation of the Code of Conduct will result in the revocation of your meeting access with no refund. Thank you for respecting your colleagues, peers and clients.
Registration Cancellation Policy: Requests for cancellations for any registration type must be received by January 30, 2026; and a $75 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable. RRS regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: Room reservations may be cancelled until January 30, 2026 without penalty. Cancellations after this date will result in a penalty of the first night’s room rate, taxes and fees. Per hotel policy, your credit card may be charged a nightly fee for incidentals. This fee is used to cover extra costs such as room service fees. These fees are typically refunded soon after checkout if no extra charges were made. Associations and Meetings by Design strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Guard International Travel Insurance.
