The CEDAR workshop provides the community an opportunity to self-organize, exchange, and foster new ideas. CEDAR thrives to be a safe space for all participants with a strong educational component.
The workshop includes community organized breakout workshops as well as grand challenge workshops, poster session with a student poster competition, a student day, plenary sessions with science highlights, agency updates and tutorials, a distinguished lecture, and a prize lecture.

Workshop Proposal Submissions: March 6th, 2026
Student Support Requests: March 13th, 2026
Student Notifications for Student Support: April 8th, 2026
Dependent Care Support Requests: May 8th, 2026 (or until reached limit of available grants).
Poster Abstract Submission: May 8th, 2026
Hotel Room Block: May 29th, 2026.
Early Bird Registration Ends: May 1st, 2026
