Our Client Advisory Boards (CABs) bring together decision makers from various industries to share valuable perspectives on OpenText offerings and solutions at the business unit level. They also provide insights into customer experience, industry trends, emerging business needs, and market opportunities. This input helps OpenText align its solutions with client needs and goals, ensuring a more tailored and effective approach.
Each CAB consists of a three-hour session that will:
- Surface market, industry, and client-specific insights to guide BU execution and investment decisions.
- Validate strategy, priorities, and roadmap relevance with core clients.
- Strengthen relationships and long-term client partnership and opportunity for business growth.

Each IAB consists of a 90-minute session that will:
- Surface market, industry, and client-specific insights to guide investment decisions.
- Validate industry priorities, and inform solution direction, messaging, and go-to-market alignment
- Strengthen relationships and long-term client partnership and opportunity for business growth.

Share your experiences, priorities and ideas directly with OpenText product leaders while gaining insight into product direction and learning from your peers.
Each PAB is a three-hour session designed to help participants:
- Influence future product direction by sharing business needs, priorities, adoption challenges, and ideas directly with OpenText product leaders.
- Gain greater visibility into the product vision, roadmap, and planned innovations and discuss how they could support your organization’s goals.
- Build stronger connections with OpenText product experts and other members of the product community.
