Fraud alert
In the conference industry we often come across fraudulent service providers that claim to be able to offer hotel reservation services. Please note that OpenText has not authorized them, nor any other organization, to contact you on our behalf. We encourage you to avoid these attempts by not engaging with suspicious emails or calls.
We recommend that attendees follow the booking instructions on the registration confirmation page to make all hotel reservations. Booking with unknown service providers exposes you to the risk of incurring fraudulent credit card charges, and your reservation for the conference may not be valid.

Travel requirements
To help ensure a smooth and stress-free trip, please review the travel documentation requirements for both US and international attendees.
For US travellers
- The US Department of Homeland Security requires US travellers to have either a valid passport or Real ID to board domestic flights.
For non-US travellers
- Passport: Make sure your passport is valid for the duration of your trip and has at least six months of validity remaining after your intended return date.
- Travel visa: Ensure you have the necessary visa or meet the requirements for the Visa Waiver Program if applicable.
- Additional information: Consult your local governmental travel advisory to confirm the latest guidance for traveling to the US.
