Welcome to the BC YSA Conference 2026! We welcome all young single adults to the upcoming “Walk in the Light” YSA Conference being held Aug 7-Aug 9, 2026 in Langley, British Columbia.

Some events of this amazing Conference our YSA can look forward to include the following:

Opportunities for YSA from all over Canada to meet and mingle through service, devotionals, playland experience activities, and dance.
Grow spiritually through classes throughout the weekend and attend the Vancouver Temple.
Experience a unique worship experience with many YSA ending in a Sacrament Meting in the Fraser Valley YSA Chapel.

Speakers

Elder Vern P. Stanfill and Sister Alicia C. Stanfill.

Elder Stanfill serves as President of the Canada Area of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He served a mission in Toulouse, France and had a career in ranching and managing real estate and financial instruments for a family portfolio.

Keith A. Ereksen

Director of historical research and outreach, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He is an award-winning teacher and author, with a Ph.D. in history from Indiana University and a master's in business administration from UTEP. Erekson is an expert in 20th-century history and has published on topics such as Abraham Lincoln and church. history. He wrote "Real vs. Rumor: How to Dispel Latter-day Myths" to help members evaluate historical information through critical thinking
