Registration Information & Policies

Event Registration

  • IMPACT Conference Attendee Registration—includes access to IMPACT sessions and evening networking activity on Wednesday, and planned meals (breakfast, lunch, and beverages/refreshments on Wednesday and breakfast and beverages/refreshments on Thursday).
  • Hill Day 2026 only—includes access to Hill Day sessions on Monday and Tuesday, Hill Meetings scheduling, and planned meals (Joint PAC Reception on Monday, breakfast, lunch and reception on Tuesday).
  •  IMPACT Conference + Hill Day 2026—includes access to activities covered under both the IMPACT and Hill Day registrations


Eligibility

  • Registration is open to NAPA members and non-members.


Consents & Waivers
Registration and attendance at/participation in the 2026 IMPACT Conference and other activities constitute agreement to the following and require consent by the registrant to complete the registration process.


Registration Payments
Registration payments may be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). Individuals are not considered registered until payment is received. If you have correctly registered, you will receive a confirmation email from Registration@AsphaltPavement.org.


Registration Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted by email to Registration@AsphaltPavement.org. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing.

  • Meeting Registration
    • The registration fee, less a 15% administrative fee, will be refunded for cancellations made on or before August 21, 2026. After that date, no refunds will be granted; however, substitutions are permitted at any time and must be submitted in writing to Registration@AsphaltPavement.org.
  • Optional Activities
    • The ticket/activity fee, less a 15% administrative fee, will be refunded for cancellations made on or before August 21. After that date, no refunds will be granted. Substitutions are permitted at any time and must be submitted in writing to Registration@AsphaltPavement.org. 


Professional Development Hours (PDHs)
Nationally recognized PDHs may be claimed for attending sessions at the conference. Each hour of participation earns one PDH. A maximum of 7.5 PDH hours can be earned at the IMPACT Leadership Group Conference. Attendees must maintain their own record of attendance. NAPA will confirm an individual’s registration at the request of a licensing or certifying agency. Anyone seeking PDH credits should check with their state licensing board to ensure that self-reported credits will be accepted by their board.
