Have you recently promoted to a supervisor, manager or confidential position with the State of California?  It is, without question, a pivotal move in your career as a civil servant.  While you are getting adjusted to your new role, it is important for you to learn about your rights and protections as an excluded employee. 

The Association of California State Supervisors (ACSS) is offering New Excluded Employee Orientation Sessions (NEEOs) to new supervisors, managers and confidential state employees. There are a few upcoming sessions to choose from this month.  All sessions will be conducted remotely through Zoom.

  • Wednesday May 6th from Noon – 1:00 pm
  • Tuesday May 12th from Noon – 1:00 pm
  • Thursday May 21st from Noon – 1:00 pm

 

Each session will cover a wide range of topics including probation, grievances, your representational rights and much more!

Please only register for ONE session. Content in all sessions is identical.
