CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to the registered training date.  Cancellations made after this deadline will not be given refunds, and the registrant(s) will be responsible for paying the registration fee in full.  Registrants who reserve their spot via purchase order will still be invoiced for and required to pay the full fee, even if they do not attend the training.

I understand that if I am not the party responsible at my school, district, or organization for remitting payment, I am still responsible for making sure that this invoice is sent to the appropriate party so that payment can be made in full. I also understand that by completing registration, I am confirming that I have already received approval to attend training from the party that is responsible for paying my invoice.

LIABILITY WAIVER

1. Participant will abide by all policies and procedures regarding RCA slide activities; 2. Risks and dangers exist during slide certification activities. These risks include physical injuries, psychological injuries and even the possibility of loss of life; 3. Each person is responsible for his/her actions and those of his/her children on and around the RCA slide and agrees to abide by all posted rules, policies and procedures in order to maintain the utmost level of safety; 4. I hereby assume all of the risks of participating in the slide certification activities and will hold the owner/operator and its employees, agents, officers, trustees, contractors, consultants, and affiliates harmless from any and all liability, actions, demands, damages, expenses, costs, claims and causes of action of any possible nature in respect to injury, death, loss or damage to myself, child or property however caused as a result of or in any way relating to my activities in and around the RCA slide; 5. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner operator its employees, agents, officers, trustees, contractors, consultants, and affiliates from and against any and all liability incurred as a result of or in any manner related to my participation in bungee trampoline activities. 6. If, despite the signing of this waiver, a lawsuit is brought against the owner operator, its employees, agents, officers, trustees, contractors, consultants, or affiliates in relation to participation in the slide certification activities, I agree to pay for any and all court costs and attorneys fees incurred as a result of such litigation; 7. I also declare that neither I nor my children, if applicable, are under the influence of any chemical substance including alcohol at the time of the signing of this release or at the time of participation in slide certification activities.

MEDIA RELEASE

 I grant permission to the Ron Clark Academy and its agents and employees the irrevocable and unrestricted right to reproduce the photographs and/or video images taken of me, or members of my family, for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration, advertising, or trade, in any manner or in any medium. I hereby release Ron Clark Academy and its legal representatives for all claims and liability relating to said images or video. Furthermore, I grant permission to use my statements that were given during an interview or written feedback, with or without my name, for the purpose of advertising and publicity without restriction. I waive my right to any compensation.
