Group Rate: Special ACSA group rate available $319 per night -  book early as rooms are limited and expected to sell quickly.

Cut Off Date: Book by October 13th to secure the special ACSA rate. Reservations made after the cut-off date are subject to standard rates and availability.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

ACSA is not authorized to make changes or cancellations on behalf of attendees. Guests are responsible for managing their own hotel reservations. A 1 night's room & tax deposit is required, taken on the credit card given at time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will result in a charge of one night's stay to the credit card on file.

Please note:
No-shows will be charged for one night's stay.
Failure to check in on your confirmed arrival date may result in the cancellation of your entire reservation.
A photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.

Currently $40.00 for self-parking and $50.00 for valet parking.
