The AAMC GRR September Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 16, and Wednesday, September 17, at the AAMC’s Learning Center in Washington, D.C. The meeting kicks off on Tuesday, September 16 at noon with a networking lunch, followed at 1:00 p.m. by sessions focused on legislative and policy issues affecting medical schools and teaching hospitals. Sessions will focus on legislative and policy issues impacting medical schools and teaching hospitals. The first day wraps up with a reception at 5:30 p.m., followed by optional dine-around networking dinners for interested GRRs. On Wednesday, September 17 the program starts at 8:00 a.m. with a networking breakfast, leading into a series of sessions examining critical advocacy issues. The meeting concludes at 12:30 p.m.



Who Can Attend
To register for and attend an AAMC GRR meeting, you must be affiliated with an AAMC member institution, a non-profit medical education or professional organization, or a college or university, and be designated as a Government Relations Representative. Please note that commercial representatives are not permitted to register for the meeting unless they are approved exhibitors or sponsors.
