Registration Fees

Your registration includes access to all conference sessions, the welcome party, and all conference meals. Payment is required at the time of registration.

• General Admission is $650 per person. EARLY BIRD pricing until November 20th, 2026: $600
• If you are a K-12 based educator, you are eligible for a discounted registration rate of $260. Simply select it under "Registration Type" on the Admission Selection Page.
• If you are a student or post doctoral researcher you are eligible for a discounted registration rate of $275. Simply select it under "Registration Type" on the Admission Selection Page.

Refund and Attendee Substitution Policy

We are unfortunately unable to issue refunds on your registration fees. Please keep this in mind as you register for the conference.

If you are no longer able to attend after registering for the conference and would like to send someone else in your stead, please email DSEK-12@datascience4everyone.org no later than February 1st, 2027. Any attendee substitution requests after this date may not be accommodated.
