The Center for Continuing Education at UW-Superior believes that lifelong learning should be available to anyone who has interest. The questions that we ask are required for our programming to be part of Wisconsin's ETPL. The Eligible Training Program List (ETPL) is a list of training programs that WIOA program participants generally must use to select training that can be funded by WIOA. The Center for Continuing Education at UW-Superior must submit this information to the Department of Workforce Development (DWD) annually and comply with its federal reporting and publishing requirements.
