Applicable Rules associated with the AirCanada discount flight offering:

• The booking must be made to the following city: Detroit, DTW (US)
• The travel period begins Saturday, 01 August 2026 and ends Thursday, 20 August 2026 (7 days before and after the conference dates).
• For North America travel: 5% applies on standard fares, 10% on flex fares & higher. For International Travel: 10% applies on standard fares & higher. 12% discount on Business Class fares (exception: 5% on the lowest Business Class).
• A minimum of 10 passenger bookings is required to meet this Meetings and Conventions events discount promotion.
