About the Meetings
This Committee plays a critical role in advancing the nation’s transportation infrastructure by developing the materials and test standards used by all AASHTO member departments. Materials and pavement engineers collaborate with leading technical experts to build consensus on standards that influence the safety, durability, and performance of transportation systems nationwide. The Committee actively welcomes participation from industry professionals and academia, fostering innovation, addressing emerging technical challenges, and ensuring standards evolve alongside new technologies and practices. This year, the Committee on Materials and Pavements Annual Conference will be co-located with the AASHTOWare Pavement ME Design User Group Meeting. Both groups will have their own individual conferences, but may overlap on topics of mutual interest.
The AASHTOWare Pavement ME Design User Group Meeting will bring together users of AASHTOWare Pavement ME Design software to share best practices, discuss potential enhancements, and provide valuable feedback. It’s a unique opportunity to engage in thought-provoking discussions that will shape the product’s development over the next year.
